When your order is finalized, a 50% down payment of the total cost of the cake has to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the event. This payment is non-refundable if made 5 days or less before your event, as this will be considered a rushed fee.

The balance has to be paid on the day scheduled to receive your order. Payment can be made in person, via online banking or direct deposit.

Changes to cake design can be done the same week payment was made, upon request. If there are any cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible.

Delivery is available at an additional cost; however, pick-up is still an option.
