Please ensure that your air conditioning is on full when transporting cakes, especially buttercream, fondant and chocolate cakes.

Cakes should be placed on the flattest surface of the vehicle during transportation. Do not place the cake on your lap or on a car seat. Avoid potholes, speed bumps and sudden stops whenever possible. Drive carefully to prevent the cake from shifting or tipping.

Buttercream, fondant and chocolate cakes should be kept away from direct heat and sunlight. Cakes should be refrigerated or kept in a cool, air-conditioned area whenever necessary.
