Our Policies

If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event in order to receive half of your deposit back. Cancellations made during the week of the event are non-refundable.

Changes to your order or cake design can only be made at the time of payment or at least 7 days before the event. Additional costs may apply if ingredients or materials have already been purchased for your original design.

Final confirmation of your order will be made through WhatsApp Business approximately 1 day before your scheduled delivery or pickup.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delay with your delivery or pickup, Cakes & Stuff By Nikisha will notify you as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you do the same if you experience any circumstances that may affect your scheduled order.

Late collection of orders will result in an additional fee of $30 per hour.

Once your cake has been received or collected and you are satisfied with your order, Cakes & Stuff By Nikisha is not responsible for any damage that may occur afterward. Please ensure that your cake is transported and stored safely.
