About Nikisha

Hi there!! My name is Nikisha Toby and I am the founder and owner of Cakes and Stuff by Nikisha.

Baking has always been a passion of mine and something that brought me joy. After some consideration, I figured, why not start a business and become an entrepreneur?

At the age of 22, I decided to begin my cake journey. I had no prior knowledge on what it takes to start a business, nor did I prepare myself for the challenges of owning a business. All I knew was that I loved baking and wanted to create delicious treats that everyone will be able to enjoy. Having the opportunity to showcase my talent and allow others the chance to experience my creations was something I've always dreamt of.

I am still a self-taught baker and every day I continue to learn, grow and improve, not only as a business owner but as an individual.

I have started turning my weaknesses into strengths while remaining consistent with my craft and giving myself grace.

Cakes and Stuff By Nikisha is a home-based business located in Edinburgh 500, Chaguanas, Trinidad. My business focuses on baked goods including pastries, breads, custom cakes and more.

My goal will always be to exceed my customers' expectations by offering delicious items at a great cost and providing excellent customer service.
